A. Back squat – 3×5 (increase weight from last week).

B. Back squat – 1×20@50%.

C. Alternating roles with a partner, for a 15 minute AMRAP:

1 lap sandbag carry + 5 sandbag squats at the turnaround

1 lap farmer’s carry + 5 Russian KB swings (with one of your KBs) at the turnaround

Both partners will be working at the same time, but performing different tasks. If you need to rest, your partner will rest too.
