A. Turkish get-ups – Work up to a heavy set of 2 on both sides. “Set of 2” means that for the weight to count, you must complete 2 complete reps (up, down, up, down) without setting the weight down AND you must do the weight with both arms. Feel free to rest in between arms.
B. Alternating with a partner, for 20 total rounds:
5 heavy Russian KB swings (these should be as heavy as you can safely manage)
1 lap (outdoors) sled pull (2/3 bodyweight for men, 1/2 bwt for women).
