** Just a reminder that BOTH the daytime and evening weightlifting classes this week are today (Tuesday).**
A. Overhead squat – Increase to a moderately heavy weight, then do 5 sets of 3 at that weight.
B. 3 max effort sets of front rack Sots press. Scale to regular Sots press or snatch grip press if needed.
C. 12 minute AMRAP of:
2 hang power cleans (65-70%)
5 shuttle run burpees (i.e. Do a burpee and start your run as you’re coming up out of the burpee. It’s basically a shuttle run of 5 lengths with a burpee at each turnaround.)
Walk back (1 length) to your bar.
