A. Clean and jerk – Work up in weight, then do 5×1 at your working weight. Aim to go up 5 lbs from last week, provided your technique is solid.
B. With a partner, 2 rounds for time:
60 ring pull-ups (feet off the ground, for those able to do pull-ups, otherwise scale to foot assisted ring pull-ups) (total reps)
60 sandbag lunges (total)
6 laps partner carry (total).
Partition reps as needed.
