A. Clean and jerk – Every 90 seconds for 8 rounds, do 1 clean and jerk at 80+%.

B. 12 minute AMRAP of:

8 hand-release push-ups

8 lunges per leg (with barbell in front rack, 65/95 pounds)

8 chest-to-bar pull-ups. (Scale as needed.)
