A. Snatch – Every 90 seconds for 8 rounds, do 1 snatch at 80+%. Only increase beyond 80% if your technique is solid. If you are new, work on 5×3 overhead squats instead.

B. Sots press – 3 x ME from the front rack (hands at press width).

C. For max reps or calories:

5 minute row for calories

Rest 1 minute

5 minutes of double-unders

Rest 1 minute

5 minutes of max shuttle runs. (We might do this in the parking lot if the weather cooperates.)

In busier classes, we will have people start at different stations.
