**Just a reminder that the evening weightlifting class is on Thursday this week.**

A. Back squat – 2×3 @ 86%, 2×6 @ 78%.

B. For max distance:

5 minute sled pull (recommended pace is a steady walk, not a slow slog, so scale weight accordingly)

Rest 3 minutes

5 minute farmer’s carry (2 KBs or DBs, moderately heavy to heavy).

Compare to April 21 2015.

C. 3×35 tuck or hollow rocks.
