A. Clean – every minute on the minute (EMOTM) for 7 rounds, do 2 cleans @ approx. 70% of your max clean. If you don’t have a max, go for something moderately heavy.

B. For time:

50 double-unders

20 strict pull-ups

30 DB snatches (moderately heavy)

40 KB cleans (35/55) – touch floor on each rep

50 double-unders

20 pull-ups

30 DB snatches

40 KB cleans

50 double-unders.
