A. Clean and jerk – Take 15 minutes to find your 1 rep max.
B. Front squat – Take 10-15 minutes to find your 3 rep max front squat. You may not need to do too many warm-up sets here, as you will have already done a bunch of cleans.

Pull-ups (scale to foot-assisted ring or bar pull-ups).
