**For those participating in the final WLC challenge, Robin will be here for 9 am and 10 am to take your final measurements and to run the final WLC workout. If possible, try to come for the 9 am time slot, as the 10 am regular class has been super busy the last few weeks. That will help us with managing space. Thanks!**

A. Overhead squat – 5×3@ 70-75%. If you are new, aim for something moderately heavy.

B. For time:

50 double-unders, then:

5 rounds of: 15 goblet squats (35/55) + 15 burpees

Then: 100 double-unders.

C. 3×30 tuck rocks or hollow rocks.
