A. Push press – 5×3. Increase weight from last week, as we are doing fewer reps per set.
B. Partial strict presses – We are focusing on the last half of the movement only, so drop the weight to about 80% of A, and do 3 max effort sets, working only from forehead height to lockout.
C. In 12 minutes:
50 box jumps (24″/20″)
In the remaining time, AMRAP of: 12 Russian KB swings (70/44), 12 push-ups. Scale weight and push-ups as needed.
