A. Snatch – Increase to working weight, then do 5 sets of: 1 hang snatch + 1 snatch. If your technique is solid, you may be able to get into the 85-90% range for these.

B. Overhead squat – 3×3. Increase weight from last week. You will likely be in the 75-80% range.

C. With a partner:

Row 500 m / AMRAP abmat situps while partner rows

Switch roles

Row 500 m / AMRAP double-unders while partner rows

40 synchronized burpees.
