The annual FrostFit competition is being held at CrossFit Winnipeg today and tomorrow. Come and cheer on our teams, Lisa and Jeremy D, and Annick and Roxanne!

Just a reminder that we have our first 11 am regular Saturday class today!

A. Front squat – 3×3 with 3 second pause in the bottom of each rep. Increase weight 5-10 lbs from last week.

B. Back squat – 30 reps at 40-45% of your 1 RM.

C. This is a bit a variation on the CrossFit classic, “Cindy”.

10 minute AMRAP of:

5 strict pull-ups

10 push-ups

16 lunges (total).
