A. Every 90 seconds, for 6 rounds: 1 clean + 1 front squat + 1 jerk. Aim for 80%+.

B. For time:

Row 500 m

20-15-10-5 each of: pull-ups, goblet squats

Then: 50 double-unders.

Pull-ups may be scaled up to chest-to-bar, or down to ring rows. Goblet squats may be scaled up to double-KB front squats or barbell front squats.
