A. Deadlift – 3×5, increase weight from Feb 19. You should be at roughly 80%.
B. Handstand practice – 3-4 sets of: 2-4 wall walks OR 2-3 HSPU negatives OR 2-5 HSPUs.
Practice your thoracic bridge, elbow, or shoulder bridge in between your sets.
C. Pull-up strength
- 3 max effort sets of pull-ups or assisted pull-ups with 2 second pause at the top
- 3 max effort chin-over bar holds (supinated/underhand/chin-up grip).
