A. Cleans – 2 reps every minute on the minute for 5 rounds. Weight should be 75-80%.

B. This is timed, but we are not going for reps. Aim for a steady intensity however.

With a partner, alternating each lap: 10 minutes of sled pulls (1/3 bwt for women, 1/2 bwt for men)

Then, 10 minutes of farmer’s carry (2 DBs or KBs), alternating every two laps.

If the classes are busy, we will have some people start on the sled pulls, and others on the carries.
