B. Hopefully we can do this one outside, but if not, we will do this one indoors:
With a partner, alternating lengths:
Outdoors: 10 laps sled pull (facing away from sled) total. Sled weight can be a bit heavier than usual (i.e. >BWT for men, >2/3 BWT for women)
Indoors: 20 laps sled pull (facing away from sled) total. Alternate every lap. (Sled weight can be >1/2 BWT for men, >1/3 BWT for women).
