B. With a partner:
Run 400 m
60 partner medicine ball tosses (from here until the end of the workout, the med ball must not touch the ground)
60* ring rows (non-working partner must hold the med ball)
60* push-ups (non-working partner must hold the med ball)
400 m medicine ball run.
*Rep numbers are totals for you and your partner combined.
