A. Back squat – 1×20, increase weight 5-10 lbs from last week. You should be at about 65% of your 1 rep max by now.

B. Inspired by the CrossFit Games that were on this past weekend, here is one of the named CrossFit workouts, “DT”. For a reference point, the athletes in the Games did 10 rounds (not 5) of this in just under 10 minutes for the top women, and under 12 minutes for the top men.

5 rounds for time of:

12 deadlifts (155/105)

9 hang power cleans (155/105)

6 push jerks (155/105).

Obviously this will be a very challenging weight (if not impossible) for many of you, so consider scaling to about 65% of your push jerk. There will be a 15 minute time cap.
