A. Press – 4×3, increasing weight if possible from last week.
B. 3 rounds for time:
5 tire flips
2 laps sandbag carry
400 m run.
You may start on whatever movement you want, as we have a limited number of tires. You may also flip a heavier tire with a partner if you like (provided that it is actually challenging for you, i.e. don’t team up on a light tire).
**Wear dark coloured clothing, as the tires can be a bit grubby.**
