p1120717<– This is from a while back, but it’s worth sharing. We had an awesome sunset this night, a rainbow, and some sled pulls, all at the same time. That’s pretty much the trifecta of awesome.

**Just as a heads up, I switched the Wednesday 10:15 am weightlifting class to a regular class. The oly class attendance has been a bit sparse recently, and I think we’ll be able to serve more people this way.

Thanks to everyone who has signed up for the SugarWOD app thus far! We are up to about 30 people at the moment. We’d like to get as many people on board as possible, so if you haven’t downloaded the app yet, please check it out. A. Deadlift – 5 reps at each percentage: 65, 70, 75, 75, 70, 65%.

B. For reps:

6 minute AMRAP of: 10 strict pull-ups + 15 wall balls (aim for unbroken WB).

Rest 1 minute

6 minute AMRAP of: 10 knees-to-elbows + 10 sandbag squats.
