A. Clean – Work up to a heavy double. These do not need to be touch and go, but the second rep should be initiated within a reasonable time frame, i.e. 10-15 seconds.

B. Front squat – 3×5@75%.

C. 5 minutes headstand practice.

D. 3 max effort handstand holds.

E. If you have time: 2 max effort bar hangs.
