A. Every minute on the minute for 6 rounds: Clean + 2 front squats. Increase weight if possible from Nov 7 (75%).

B. For time:

9-6-3 of:

Bodyweight deadlifts (or approximately 50%, whichever is less)

DB (wo)manmakers.

If you haven’t done manmakers before, they are… um… fun. Often the limiting factor is the row, so choose your weight wisely. The weight should be challenging, but not impossible.

C. 4 max effort sets of stir-the-pot. Hopefully you’ve been tracking your time on these, so aim for a few seconds more this time.
