If you are new, we will focus on technique at lighter weights. Remember that you must earn heavier weights with good technique, and that takes time and focus.

**Just a reminder that the folks from Wildfire Farms (http://www.wildfirefarms.ca/) will be doing a meat delivery on Tuesday (Dec 20) from 10-10:15 am at the gym. You can submit an order through their website, and then you’ll have to be around when they come by to pay them (cash or cheque only, I believe) and receive your order.**
