***9 am and 12 noon classes are cancelled today because of the weather. Evening classes should be as scheduled, as it’s supposed to clear up later in the day, but we’ll let you know if that changes.***

A. Deadlift – 3×8 @ 70%. Back position is paramount here, so be smart about your choice of weights.

B. From Jan 30 2016, but with an option for heavier weights:

6 minute AMRAP of:

2 hang power cleans + 5 front squats (115/75 or 135/95)

5 bar hop burpees.

Then: 3 minute AMRAP of double-unders.
