**Just a reminder that there are no Sunday classes scheduled for tomorrow because all of the coaches will be at CrossFit Winnipeg for the FrostFit competition. Spectators are welcome, so feel free to come and cheer people on! A general schedule of the event can be found here (link). 

Sunday classes resume next week. Thanks for your understanding!

A. 5 rounds of the following complex: 2 hang snatches + 1 snatch. Increase weight from last week (~80%) if possible.

B. From Jan 26 2016:

3 rounds of:

4 minute AMRAP of:

5 thrusters (95/65)

5 pull-ups

Rest 2 minutes.

(Advanced option: 10 reps of each movement.)
