A. Every 90 seconds, for 6 rounds: 2 strict presses + 2 push presses. Aim for more weight than last week, if possible.

B. For time:

100 double-unders (or 3 minutes of DU attempts), then:

5 rounds of:

8 strict pull-ups

8 ring dips

12 tuck jump burpees.
