A. Hopefully the weather will cooperate for this one! Come dressed to work outside.

Run 400 m together, then:
Alternating with your partner:

8 rounds of:
1 lap sled push (use the new sleds!) (each)
1 lap suitcase carry (1 KB/DB, heavy) (each)

Then:
Run 400 m together.

Sled weight should be something that you can push quickly, but not super light. I don’t have any specific recommendations for weight yet, as we haven’t used these sleds outside yet. Please note the weight on your sled in your comments so we have some feedback.

B. Any core work you’ve missed earlier this week.
