A. 6 sets (ideally at 80%+) of: 1 hang snatch + 1 snatch.

B. Open workout 17.5

10 rounds for time of:

9 thrusters (95/65 or 65/45 (scaled) or 50% of your max thruster or push press, whichever is less)

35 double-unders (scaled version is 35 single-unders).

The actual Open workout has a time cap of 40 minutes, but we are going to cap this at 25 minutes. If you’re not done at that point, your score will be the total number of reps.
