A. Press – 4×6@75% (same weight as last week, but an additional rep per set), then 2×10@60-65%.
B. With a partner, outside, for reps (laps):
5 minutes each of:
Sled pull
Farmer’s carry
Sled pull facing sled
Your sled weight should be such that you can complete a lap at a brisk walk or jog (likely about 0.75-1x bwt for men, and 0.5-0.75x bwt for women). You may switch with your partner at any point in the lap, but aim for about a lap each before switching.
Farmer’s carry should be heavy-ish. Again, aim for a weight that is challenging, but that you can complete a lap without setting the weight down (at least initially).
