A. Snatch – Work up in weight, then do 5×3 at approximately 80%+ (if technique permits). Aim to do some or all of your sets at a heavier weight than last week. Focus on fast hip extension and speed getting under the bar.
B. 3 rounds for time of:
60 double-unders
40 KB swings (35/55)
20 knees-to-elbows.
There will be a 16 minute time cap.
