- 10 kick-ups, focusing on either lightly touching the wall, or not touching the wall at all.
- 10-15 wall walks (or 5 minutes, whichever comes first), focusing on control.
- 3 max effort sets of 1 1/2 push-ups.
B. 2 rounds for time:
Row 1000 m
Run 800 m.
