A. Bench press – Find your 5 rep max.
B. 3 rounds for time of:
20 deadlifts at 50-55%
20 hand-release push-ups (stay tight in the bottom – no snaking!)
20 false grip ring rows (you may need to scale these higher than your usual ring rows, or only do some of the reps in false grip)
20 jump squats (scale up to holding a medicine ball or an empty bar across your shoulders).
C. With a partner, 3 sets of 20 hand taps in front plank (face your partner).
