A. Press – 5×5 @ approx. 75%.

B. Every minute on the minute (EMOM) for 20 minutes:

Minute 1: 1-3 wall walks (Do these with control up and down.)

Minute 2: 30-50 double-unders (If you are fairly proficient at these, do 50 reps. These should take no longer than 30-45 seconds to complete.)

Minute 3: 6 strict pull-ups + 6-12 toes-to-bar

Minute 4: 12 jump split lunges (6 per leg) + 6 burpees.

Modify the reps as needed to keep the work time under 45 seconds (ideally 30-45 seconds).
