A. Snatch – 5×3@ approximately 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 85%.

B. 9 minute AMRAP of:

9 overhead squats (95/65) (scale up to 115/80, or down as needed)

9 box jumps (24″/20″).

C. In as few sets as possible, 15 rounds of: 5 hollow rocks + 5 second hold.

Scale the hollow position to a tuck or straddle if needed.
