A. 5 sets of: 2 push presses + 2 push jerks @ approx. 80% of your push press.

B. For time:

Sled push (or pull, if you’re using the smaller sleds) 1 length (outdoors)

Run 400 m

Sled push 1 length

Run 400 m

Sled push 1 length.

The weight on the sled should be about 75% of what you used on Sept 8.
