A. Press – EMOM for 8 rounds – 3@75% (up from last week). At the end of the final minute, do a max effort set of push presses.

B. 12 minute AMRAP of:

20 tuck jump burpees

20 pull-ups (scale to ring rows)

20 KB lunges (total) (single KB, in suitcase hold) – switch arms at 10 reps

20 push-ups

20 overhead KB swings

20 knees-to-elbows.
