**Due to the holiday, we have limited gym hours today. There are regular classes at 11 am and 5 pm only. Disregard the attendance caps for today – come on out even if the classes show as full on Zen Planner.**

A. With a partner – 30 minute AMRAP of:

[Numbers in brackets are the number of people working at a time.]

2000 m row OR 1.25 mile bike [1]

100 barbell thrusters (45/35 or scale to 15) [1]

20 laps shuttle run [2] – You and your partner will work at the same time, and you’ll each hold onto one end of a band so that you’re always nearby. This means that you’ll have to communicate regarding pacing!

800 m row (0.5 mile bike) – without using your legs [1]

60 pistols or lunges (total reps) [1]

80 ring rows [1]

100 plate ground-to-overhead (45/25) [1].
