A. Back squat – 1×2@81%, 4×6@78%. Beginners will work on goblet squats or lighter barbell squats.

B. With a partner, alternating roles, for 8 rounds or 20 minutes, whichever comes first:

Row 500 m / overhead KB hold (53/35 or scaled up or down as needed).

(i.e. each person rows four times)
