A. Snatch balance – 5×3 at a moderately heavy weight. Focus on dropping quickly under the bar, while moving the bar minimally upward.
B. 16 minute AMRAP of:
2, 4, 6, 8, 10, etc… of each movement:
DB snatches (distribute reps equally between arms)
Ring push-ups (or appropriate scale)
+ 2 laps suitcase carry (same DB or heavier DB/KB).
