A. Some gymnastics skill work, spending 5 minutes on each: Shoulder rolls (good progression here), headstands, and handstands. If you are comfortable in a headstand, get creative with your leg positions, work on different ways of entering the headstand, etc. Practice different entries in a handstand (cartwheel, two-foot hop, etc.).

B. 6 rounds for time of:

12 weighted step-ups (2 DBs or KBs. You may need to go a bit lower than your typical box jump height, depending on your strength and weight choice. The weight should be challenging, but not to the point that you’re losing control of your knee position.)

9 hang power cleans (115/75)

6 push presses (115/75).

Modify the barbell weight to 60-65% of your max push press if needed.
