A. Snatch balance – 5×3, working up to a moderately heavy weight.
B. With a partner, alternating for 14 minutes, using the small sleds with straps:
Partner A – 1 length sled pull (facing away from sled) + 1 length sled pull (facing sled) with row
Partner B – 1 lap heavy farmer’s carry
Switch roles.
Sled weights should be roughly bodyweight for men, and 3/4 bodyweight for women. Scale the weight if needed. This should not be a slow slog.
