A. Back squat – 3×10@65%. New people will do goblet squats or light barbell squats.
B. With a partner, a 15 minute AMRAP of, with a medicine ball as a “pet rock” that cannot touch the ground:
40 pull-ups or ring rows (total)
6 laps (total) of each movement:
Overhead KB carry
Front rack KB carry
Suitcase carry
40 (total) burpees.
Partition the work as needed. You and your partner may use different KB weights if desired.
