A. Strongman/strongwoman-inspired events:
Rotate through the events as you complete them:
- Max distance overhead barbell walk (95/65)
- Max distance yoke walk (weights to be determined)
- Max distance farmer’s carry (as heavy as possible) (use the farmer’s carry bars if you’re able)
- Max fat bar deadlift (1 rep)
- Max reps in one minute stone loading (D-ball in this case). Work with a partner, who will push the ball back down to the ground after you’ve loaded it onto the box. Box height should be roughly the bottom of your rib cage (more or less).
For the deadlift, we have two bar options, a hollow light one, and heavy one (80 lb). If your max deadlift is under 200 lbs, use the light bar.
