Just a reminder that the gym is only open for the morning classes today (9, 10, 11, 12 am). The 5:45 am class is cancelled, as are the evening classes. Merry Christmas to everyone!

A. Snatch complex – Complete 6 rounds of the following complex, adding weight each round if technique allows: 1 snatch pull + 1 hang snatch + 1 snatch.

B. For time, 30-20-10 of:

“Devil’s press” (video) – This is a challenging movement, so be smart about your choice of weights.)

Ring rows.

C. Tabata tuck/hollow rocks. Scale to holds if needed.
