A. 3-position snatch (high to low) – 5-6 sets at working weight, up to a moderately heavy weight. ONLY increase weight if your technique is good, i.e. you’re dropping under the bar, and not just muscling the weight up. Take the time to work on technique now to set yourself up for success in the future.

B. Working with a partner, for a total of 12 rounds (6 each):

Bike 1 minute for calories

15 second transition time.

C. 4 max effort sets of stir-the-pot on the exercise ball. Aim for more total work time than last week!
