Partner “DT” / Bike:
Each person accumulates 5 rounds of: 12 deadlifts + 9 hang power cleans + 6 push jerks (155/115 or scale to 65-70% of your max push jerk).
While you are working, your partner will be accumulating calories on a bike. Every time you (or your partner) set the bar down (not including the deadlifts, obviously), you switch roles. When you get back to the bar, you carry on where you left off, until both you and your partner have each completed 5 rounds.
There will be a time cap of 15 minutes.
