A. Snatch – Increase to working weight (probably 85-90%), then do 5 sets of: 1 snatch pull + 1 snatch.
B. 3xME Sots press (front rack). Scale to normal Sots press or standing snatch-grip press.
C. With a partner:
2 rounds of:
6 laps (total) sled pull (facing away from sled) (total)
1 lap wheelbarrow or 1 lap (each) bear crawl
6 laps (total) sled pull (facing sled, with a row)
1 lap wheelbarrow or 1 lap (each) bear crawl.
Indoor sled weights should be about 1/3 bodyweight for women, 1/2 bodyweight for men.
