A. 5 sets at working weight of the following combination: Hang snatch + snatch + snatch balance. If your technique is good, aim for 80-85% of your 1 rep max snatch.

B. For time:

30-20-10 of:

Power cleans (135/95) (or 60-65%, whichever is less)

Knees-to-elbows.

Compare to Nov 16 2015 or Feb 24 2015.

C. V-ups – accumulate a total of 35-50 reps. Aim for 5 more reps than last week.

D. 4 max effort sets of tuck or hollow rocks.
