Today is the day! Bring a friend or family member out to any of the regular classes, and show them what you do at the gym. Give us a heads up if you’re bringing someone out.

A. Push press – 5×3@75-85%. You may increase the weight as you go, if your technique is good.

B. Partner double “Jackie” – 2 rounds of:

1000 m row

50 barbell thrusters (45 lbs)

30 pull-ups.

Partition the work as you wish. Thrusters may be scaled to partner medicine ball tosses (50 total per round). Scale pull-ups as needed.

C. 3 max effort sets of stir-the-pot.
